1 Closson Chase Vineyards

A reflection of the true nature of the County, this charming winery is housed in a circa 1880s heritage barn that has been restored and refurbished to accommodate the tasting room as well as an ever-changing display of local artwork by various artists. Deborah Paskus, one of Canada’s premier winemakers is using centuries-old European traditions to create exceptional Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. What Deborah puts in the bottle reflects the vineyard. Open 11 am to 5 pm, Mon. to Thu., 10 am to 6 pm, Fri. to Sun., Apr. 15 to Nov. 30; 11 am to 5 pm, Mon. to Fri., by appointment, Sat. and Sun., Dec. 1 to Apr. 14.
