The County Cider Company, producer of ciders and fine wines, offers a distinctive taste of Prince Edward County in the tradition of fine British cider makers and European vintners. County Cider has the largest orchard of European cider apples in Canada. The restored limestone tasting room and outdoor restaurant, surrounded by an orchard and vineyard overlook Waupoos Island and Prince Edward Bay. You may catch a jazz quartet on a Sunday afternoon. In celebration of the local agricultural bounty, County Cider offers light lunches prepared in a wood-fired oven on our licensed patio throughout the summer and fall. 10 am to 6 pm, daily, May to Nov.; by appointment, Dec. to Apr.
